Thank you, however it looks like @Mange solved it. It is probably a good idea to filter the characters you can put into the text boxes, limit the text length to the maximum allowed in the aircraft, and also change them to upper case either as you type or as it's transferred to the aircraft. Remember to test edge cases such as no text input or copy+pasting text in there with invalid length and/or invalid characters.
