reported F-14A & F-14B have unwarranted damage textures on canvas bladder & (top of) engine nacelles

The damage appears and disappears when the aircraft is fresh and undamaged.  Putting the plane in "invincible" mode does not make this bug go away.  This bug occurs when you start the F-14 on the ground cold, or on the ground hot, at a parking position, or in the air, and or on a carrier.  The starting point does not effect this bug.
