reported Warehouse "live viewer" and setItem function bug

During simulation in progress, tactcal commander slot... 

1 - Picture 203719( Kobuleti): the warehouse  in mission editor it was setting limited, some lines in rocket category are broken.

2- Picture 203645( Batumi): i have set all items to 5 using SSE, Kh 23 L ( cat missle) they are still 100 (default value from mission editor).
