Gun won't spool sometimes (online)

hello

I play a lot of tti and never had an issue with gun before but since 2.9 about 70% of the time I get no gun spool. I thought it was because of the new "save loadout" deal but thats not the case. I can load the plane out manually and set gun to 100% or 99% and 70% of the time it won't spool when I need it.

By this I mean if I take off and it works then its fine for that entire flight. If I take off and it wont fire then it wont fire that entire flight.

WTH?

Ammo counter forever and always has showed zero so Im not sure if its out of ammo?? This is never been an issue before 2.9 and I have no idea how to recreate the problem it just usually doesn't work

Did you turn the airsource to left and right? No air, no gun.

Not sure if the counter should be set, since I seem tor recall its only a backup or providing the value of rounds remaining for the HUD.

Oh this is probably the issue I didn't know they were related. I'm pretty sure its an air source issue.

btw: Yes, ammo counter is just for pilot and proper number on the HUD.
