Victor3
Twice in the last few nights I've been flying along and my IHADSS just goes away with no way to get it back. I watched from outside as my pilot removes and then re-installs the monocle, but from the F1 view the symbology is gone. Anyone else notice this? I'll make a trk. next time it happens. NeedzWD40
Front seat or back seat? Aircraft running or still starting up? Does the WPN>UTIL menu show IHADSS as being on?
ED Team Lord Vader Posted November 30, 2023 ED Team Share Posted November 30, 2023 Hi @Victor3 We've tried to replicate the issue and couldn't see the IHADSS symbology disappear. Have you checked your IHADSS panel for the brightness/intensity positions? Are you accidentally pressing "i" by chance? We do need a track to see it happening. Victor3
So this happened again last night, I saved a trk, it happens about 30 minutes in. Sorry, I don't know of a way to shorten the trk file at all. This is from the front seat and with out me hitting any buttons or switches. I also tried jumping into another Apache from the F10 screen and the IHADSS showed up fine in that one. It was a longish track but played ok for me which is nice. When your IHAADS goes off something has turned the symbology brightness all the way down, please check you have nothing bound to it that maybe creating problems. When I take control and turn symbology brightness back up all is ok. thanks bignewy Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
