fixed Su-33 repair issue on Forrestal carrier.

Hi! Found out today that when repairing on Forrestal, Su-33 gets lifted of the deck, but does not move with the ship. If there is another plane in the way, Sukhoi will just crash into. Same happened to one more player flying the plane  today on Aerobatics Caucasus multiplayer server.
