fixed internally Changing Map from KM to NM Freezes Ability to Scale

After the Patch yesterday (That implemented Apache FCR), if I do my usual changing of the map from KM to NM, I can no longer adjust the scaling on the TSD, it freezes when trying to make changes. This is consistently repeatable.

No MODS running, and a full repair done.

Typical procedure to convert KM to NM: M/FLT/SET/UNIT/TSD
