missing info Latest update Dec 20, 2023. F-18c Surface radar won't lock

When Flying to a carrier I like to surface (Sea) scan and lock it.  But after this last update Dec.'23 it places the skinny cross hair but once you release the tms up it vanishes, no lock on the ground period.
