MI-8 no input from Stick, Collective or Rudder

Hello,

since two days i have a very strange behavior on my MI-8. When manually starting up the MI-8 all my axis controls wont't work with the exception of my toe brakes. I have this issue on stable and beta.

When switching to Control settings, i can see that my inputs are all there and working. All other modules are also working fine.

Now to the weird part. When using a hot MI-8 or using the autostartup feature i have full control !

 

I already tried a full repair, i uninstalled and reinstalled the MI-8 module.

 

Any help or hint is welcome.

Can you post a track file of your cold start?

It looks like you are not getting hydraulics up, but I'm not sure why

In simplified terms - Mi-8 has hydro boosted controls. In real life cold start scenario you can move them a little if you're strong enough, but in game they won't move until hydro pressure is sufficient after engine startup.

Just start the engine and they'll move allright.

in the attached trackfile it is the first startup with the MI-8. After that i use autostart

Is there the possibility that there is a problem bcause i do the startup from the  third seat?

Can't watch the track because I don't own Syria map.

Ability to control collective and cyclic from the 3rd seat has been removed from the game a couple of patches ago, but they should work fine when you switch to seat 1 or 2. I always start from 3rd seat too.

On the other hand, last September patches brought various control bugs and issues to Mi-8, so maybe you've discovered something new.

Will try to replicate later.

Sadly i can't reproduce it now, as i try to make a separate track file in single player on Caucasus. 

but i had the problem also there in single player instant mission coldstart.

Couldn't reproduce in Instant cold start mission at Caucasus, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on point of view  ). Oh well, next time you encounter the issue on that map, try to save a replay then.

Thats the problem. You cannot control the helicopter from middle seat. You can move cyclic and collective only when you occupy left or right pilot seat.
