PLAAF Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 (edited) I can't believe no one is asking for it. 9588 across different variants were made and they are serviced in 8 countries including Australia, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Soviet Union, the UK and the US. Since we already have P-51, P-47, F-6 and F4U. P-39 may be the good direction to go for next. It is also the best turn-and-burn fighter in the US service during WW2. Imagine the dog fighters you can do. https://pioneeraero.co.nz/project/p-39f-1be-airacobra/ Edited January 21, 2024 by PLAAF 7 My Adorable Communist Errand Girls Led by me, the Communist Errand Panda
Gunfreak Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 The 37mm would be very fun to use, but I think P400 with 20mm in the nose would fit perfectly with the new PTO project. Those P400s did a lot of damage to the Japanese on Guadalcanal. 1 i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 5090 OC, 128Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.
