Just passing to start a conversation on one of my favorite Late Cold War Aircraft The Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma. I absolutey its history as European Nations were pressed to develop a multi-role, all-weather, extremely capable Helicopter that also was to be introduced in many different european countries in the attempt of creating an entirely European aircraft with no ties with USA, and all of its supply chain in Europe.

I am sure there are more knowledgeable people on this community to drop more information on it.

I really hope one day this become a module in DCS. The AS332 is cooler than its newer brother EC725

Hello there, I too would be very enjoyed to have an AS332 in DCS. As it's called in the french army, the Cougar is twin engine 11Tons class cargo helicopter. nowadays only New Gen version are used by the army the older version as we call it Old Gen were all retrofited to new standard that match a big percentages of the new avionics used by his more recent brother the Caracal (EC725/H225M). I'll be happy to discuss with everyone who want to get involveld in such a project, as having served as an avionics tech for years on those Super Puma family helicopters.
