Maybe once or twice with the stick over 2 years, but I can't say what was at fault. Since I got my new laptop it hasn't happened. I unplugged and replugged without quitting DCS and it worked fine. 1 Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
PluckyUnderdog
Cheers. Yeah I've had it happen a few times since I got the Viper hotas around 3 months ago. Maybe 5 or 6 times. Frustrating, currently trying to resolve it with their support. Hopefully it can be sorted as I like the product, but may need to pursue a refund here as tbh it's not acceptable, it happening so frequently. Again, thanks for the response. 1 i7 12700, 3070ti, 64GB Orion 2 F16EX grip and throttle, Thrustmaster TPR pedals
PawlaczGMD
I also have these disconnecting issues. Support is not helpful. I'm not sure what to do about it anymore, either put up with it or try to return/chargeback. I like the hardware, but it disconnects every few hours on both the stick and throttle independently. In SP it was tolerable (I can pause and wait), but I've started to play more MP and here it is not, it's not acceptable that I die every few hours due to $600 joystick disconnecting for 30 seconds. If somebody manages to resolve this issue with WW support or otherwise, I'd appreciate it if you let me know. They claim they never heard of it happening I have also reinstalled a fresh system, bought a new motherboard and CPU, still happens all the same. A 10W powered hub, it's a 7 port one, I only have three things plugged into it, the hotas being two of them. It still happens. i7 12700, 3070ti, 64GB Orion 2 F16EX grip and throttle, Thrustmaster TPR pedals
Dragon1-1
Are you in the US? I wonder if it has anything to do with US using a lower voltage. It shouldn't, given that it's all converted to DC, anyway, but weirder things have happened.
