What you did can only you answer. 

But I suggest you to remove all of your mods, run a repair and see if that helped.

Are you running an outdated version of Caucasus redone?

yes but uninstalled the mod and still the same!

Do a slow repair then. That will fix it. Or alternatively install the latest version of Caucasus Redone. (If you‘re going to use a mod manager as you should, you should do the repair anyway before applying any mods.)
