Hey @6S.Duke!

I was binding the buttons of my new throttle system and I ran into a bug with the engine starter binding: apparently there are "different action with identical descriptions". I'm attaching a screenshot.

You can't bind a physical button to the first entry, and if you bind it to the second, it doesn't work.

Hoping that ED will make a hotfix to last patch, could you please fix this bus ASAP? Thank you!

What if you bind a keyboard button then you recall the keyboard button by the hotas software?

Same issue again. Complete new install of DCS. Any ideas ?

Have you checked your bindings? Some times, when updating, the game deletes some of the user bindings...

The problem is not bindings disappearing but rather having 2 of the same kind in the list - one can be mapped, the other can´t.

I've downloaded this module afresh with DCS 2.9.10.3948 (for trial) and I have the same issue. I uninstalled all the mods and restarted the game - the same problem:
