Sulfa Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 Are there FOV settings on the server side? One of my squad mates asked me this the other day. "Do you have a FOV limit lock on your server? I was on there today and it puts my pilot head forward ie smaller FOV than I normally fly with." He says it happens every time he connects, no matter the mission. Thanks in advance.
Maverick87Shaka Posted March 11, 2024 Posted March 11, 2024 As far I sa know, no. It's not possible to set or put range limit to FOV from server side. There are some "hidden" option that is transferred to .miz file from client settings, but I don't believe is that the case of FOV. Try to load on your server a generic mission from users files or a mission prepared by someone else to check the behavior. Hiob Posted March 11, 2024 Posted March 11, 2024 the fact, that the configuration file where you can set a max and min fov is called "server.lua" is suggestive though..... 1 "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"
