known issue Supercarrier (hanger) menu screen in VR

Not at all very important, but I was just wondering:

 

The Supercarrier module menu background (the hangar view) runs awful on my pc in VR. It brings me back to single digit fps. Anyone else experiencing this? (or is this maybe a known issue?)

 

 

I know, my pc is quite outdated for VR, but believe it or not, it still runs DCS very well. I don't have any stuttering or low fps with any of the other menu backgrounds, and even ingame I hardly ever experience unpleasantly low framerates (of course I tuned down my settings quite a bit).

For now, I just switched to another background screen, but I'm curious if it's normal that the Supercarrier Hangar background view is so much more demanding than for instance actually taxiing on the Supercarrier deck in a mission.
