What are your opinions on the best tools for making videos in DCS. I use the nvidia geforce experience to capture. But I would like to edit, splice, and narrate if possible. What do you all use?

Example:

PC specs:

Intel Core i7-13700K [Raptor Lake 3.4GHz Sixteen-Core LGA 1700] (stock clock)/64.0 GB RAM/RTX 3080 GPU (stock clock)/Windows 10 Home/Multiple M.2 SSD Drives/T.Flight HOTAS X/HP Reverb G2

OBS

Then find any one of many free editing apps.

There is one in Windows. Free

Movie magic I think.

I never have used it.

Another option is Shortcut

"Yeah, and though I work in the valley of Death, I will fear no Evil. For where there is one, there is always three. I preparest my aircraft to receive the Iron that will be delivered in the presence of my enemies. Thy ALCM and JDAM they comfort me. Power was given unto the aircrew to make peace upon the world by way of the sword. And when the call went out, Behold the "Sword of Stealth". And his name was Death. And Hell followed him. For the day of wrath has come and no mercy shall be given."

Nvidia GeForce Experience is great for capturing gameplay, and for editing, you might want to look into something more robust if you're planning to splice and add narration. I've been using a tool that’s very user-friendly for beginners but also powerful enough for more complex edits. It's free and doesn't stamp a watermark on your videos, which is great for keeping your content looking professional. You can check it out here https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/free-video-editing-software-no-watermark.html. It might be exactly what you need to take your DCS videos to the next level.
