Best tools for making videos

What are your opinions on the best tools for making videos in DCS. I use the nvidia geforce experience to capture. But I would like to edit, splice, and narrate if possible. What do you all use?

I never have used it.

Nvidia GeForce Experience is great for capturing gameplay, and for editing, you might want to look into something more robust if you're planning to splice and add narration.
