fixed S-60 Engaging Missiles

S-60 AAA guns will fire at oncoming missiles.  The gun in most of the track files is supporting an SA-2 site, and doesn't have an associated SON-9.

 

The "kh58 2" file adds a KS-19/S-60 battery to the mission, supported by a SON-9.  The S-60s from that site also engage the missile.
