fixed Some JTAC callsigns cannot be called over the radio

basically, Pilot's check in call doesn't play and pilot can't receive jtac's tasking response.

Hi. You used the "Playboy" calllsign which does not work currently. I used Axeman and it works.

"Pinpoint" and those above in the list work.

The issue is reported internally.
