Right ctrl prtsc, you need to make sure the cursor is not in the display area of the "fps"... You may need to do it twice

I think it's Right Ctrl + Pause actually, but you get the picture.

Native DCS hardware infoscreen shouldn't be "in yellow", though, so maybe you've enabled similar thing in some external app like MSI Afterburner or whatever? Hard to say from your short description.

Ive tried to screen shot it but in my headet it never shows it on tje screen shot. If it has the turbo mode on it, i thought it may have been from Open Xr but i cqnt see anything to say FPS Etc

If it is the OpenXR toolkit companion, press ctrl and an F button I cannot remember now. (F1, F2, F3 or F4). Whichever is selected as „Down“ in the OXR Toolkit companion. Then the OXR screen opens and you can deselect the FPS indication right on the first menu first line on top.

There is a menu option to show fps etc... Under the openxr tool kit menus

Mines in yellow like that but doesnt have as much info as that link.

 

Ill have a look. I did have a quick liok the other day but didnt see anything for fps. I may have missed it

There are levels of display... That's the max I think, it starts with just fps
