I have a significant delay between my real stick and the virtual stick. It feels and looks like input lag.
Do others have the same problem and what could be the cause?

Turning off the deflection options has no apparent impact on the fact the virtual stick does not match the physical controller position. The virtual stick is far forward on the runway when the physical controller is centred for example.

Same, in my setup is clearly visible, like 1s maybe more. I disabled the "Stick force blending" special option and now is like 300..500ms

I asked a Dev and got the following answer, which probably explains everything:

"Hey, thanks for reaching out. The movement of the 3d model of the stick in the cockpit goes through a type of low-pass-like filter. Otherwise, it might look erratic and actually even less realistic. However, it doesn't represent the actual physical simulation of the entire stick simulation, and that means that the change of your input is instantaneously transferred to the controls system. Yet, that system runs a complex simulation that adds realistic inertia to the mechanisms that transfer your input to the power actuators.

To summarise, the lag you may see when observing the 3D controls doesn't represent the system's delay; there might be some realistic inertia reducing the controls' responsiveness.

I hope I managed to explain it. If you have additional questions, I'll be happy to answer them.

Best regards"
