Additionally, it might be wise to add the map where this instant action mission is on and the exact mission name.

Cannot confirm. He replies just fine over UHF.

As for TACAN, just use T/R.

This is the 6th mission out of the 16 proposed "instant mission" type entitled "in-flight refueling" from the Caucasus theater and/or the 5th mission out of 19 proposed from the PG theater and indeed the tacan operates in T/R, the KC 135 flies at 26,000 ft

Type: KC-135 Callsign: Arco Altitude/Speed: 24,000 ft, 270 KIAS Freq: UHF 1 (305.00) TACAN: 1X (ARC) as required.

Make sure you use the correct Mic Switch / UHF PTT button. If you use the standard # key, which is for the intercom, he will not hear you and thus never reply to you.

correct there is a specific UHF radio menu (Ralt+ \) and VHF (Ctrl+\) that I assigned.
