ODU weirdness

ODU displays outside of the monocle.

The top scale seems to 'jump' from side to side and isn't culled outside the monocle.

The monocle size is independent of visual zoom, the ODU is not.

nullnullStrange behavior with how the bar on the right extends upwards or downwards out of the ODU.

I don't know if this is only an ODA bug; this has been me since yesterday and its persisted through game restarts. Did I hit some weird button combo?

Hi all, we have found this is linked to the DLSS setting. We have a ticket with ED to get it fixed. In the meantime you can disable DLSS if you want for a workaround.

I don't use DLSS myself (MSAA), but it's actually a very interesting comment that DLSS affects the display of units as well. The world is strange !

@Kinkkujuustovoileipä Found a bug in the on/off logic. I can bring up the display without the NVS enabled. It happens if i switch between pilot and co-pilot and also switch NVS and ODU on and off several times. It's state should be dependent on if the NVS is currently on or off.

Hi just to add that I think the AI HUD is doing similar things as the ODU, was also running DLSS.

Cheers!

I can think of nothing heavier than an airplane
I can think of no greater conglomerate of steel and metal
I can think of nothing less likely to fly

Already known and tracked, thanks

Correct, should be fixed by same fix.
