I dont have static IP adress set -up  from my ISP provider. I have launched my self hosted DCS server, I have port forwarded on router(i use 10309 for DCS) - and i have dynamic DNS setup: server is on 24/7 and i and my friends can connect to it from different outside networks - no problems there. We conect using DNS name and port which is 10309. That part works.

Problem is that every 24 h my ISP changes my public IP adress, and after that my server is not visible on DCS MP list of server, but conenction by using manual IP option  still works for me and my buddies...

How to setup so that my server is visible in DCS MP server list?

Ensure that your ddns service sync mechanism is working. It needs to know that your IP has changed so it can update where should it point to. You should be able to set the ddns service to sync every X hours, so you can set it to couple of minutes after the usual IP change.

On another note, at least here in hrvatistan our ISPs change IP after every 24h starting from the last time your modem was booted. So if something happens and your modem gets rebooted (power failure), 24h starts to count down from then which makes your ddns sync after X hours not a bulletproof method and you need some other way to sync up your ddns

I think sync mechanism is working because - I can always connect using manual IP option and using DNS name, not IP...Problem is, my server isn't visible on list of DCS MP servers...If i would for example restart DCS server it would be visible...but after IP change it would aggain dissapear from the list

it's normal, when you start the server your server "talk" to the ED master game server saying:
"hello, I'm a DCS Server with this IP address and this port"
The ED Master game server share this huge list of pairs IP/port to a DCS client when opening the multiplayer section. The client start to "interrogate" each IP/POrt to get server details and populate the Multiplayer GUI list.
If your ip is changed in the meanwhile, the ED master server and clients are not aware of if it, and simply trying to interrogate the old one, founding nothing, and skipping to other in the list.

You must restart your server when IP address change to have it on the multiplayer list.
And in general for server performance, at least one full server restart per day is highly recommended even running simple mission.
