Hey guys, sorry if this isn't the right place but I'm not so sure it belonged in the problems and bugs area.

Basically I was just wondering about getting a contact number or working email address for some tech support for Blackshark?

I tried emailing the support address listed on the main Blackshark website but I got an email back from the delivery master thing saying that sending the message had failed, most likley because the address isn't there anymore.

I need help with the problem I mentioned in this thread:

http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=40490

Seeming as it's not too active and the people that have replied have no idea what my problem was, I'd like to go straight to the source. So if someone could let me know what their number is or a working email, or just help, that would be great.

Thanks

Do you tried that solution to uninstall these codec packs if you have the same installed?

Huh? :) Oh I see the thread's been updated, thanks.. I'll try the codec packs if someone tells me where to find them, cheers.

So, if you don`t know what have changed on your PC since the last time BS was running fine... You may need to make a clean Windows installation and then try it again.

Seriously, there's no one here that can give me anyway to contact the people who make this game/help and support?

I appreciate the responses so far but I'm still unable to play this game after what, a month and a few weeks? This whole thing would be so much quicker if I could speak to someone who is involved with this game.

I really miss this game. :(

Hi, give that another try:

Do you know where you can load Windows restore points? (Start>Hilfe und Support>Computeränderungen mit der Systemwiederherstellung...) Can you remember when BS was running fine the last time? If yes, then you can select the day and look what you have installed after that day. Maybe it`s to late to see that day on the calendar, but...

Koenigs, I replied your OP in that thread. Not sure if you can give it a try. :)

I don't have windows restore points turned on. They're generally useless and allow some virus' to keep replicating themselves over and over.

There's been nothing new install wise except windows updates which are important and security based so don't want to start removing them. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hey Koenigstiger, do you tried what Panzertard wrote? If it is a user rights problem with Vista, maybe that would help...

I have full admin access, so it can't be that :) Even tried using the 'run as admin' feature but no effect.
