Missing replies on my two tickets submitted last week.

Last week, 4. July, i submitted two tickets.
Today, 10. july you still havent responded.
Its ticket 164523 and 164827.

Users say the tickets can take even over 14 days to process now. You can always send a reminder e-mail replaying to the ticket confirmation afaik.

Can you reply to 164827 again and clarify what you want refunded. Feel free to PM me. 

Refunds for the F-15E can take 10 working days or more, there is a backlog currently but the team are working though them.

Hello Bignewy, thanks for replying.
I wrote a wrong ticketnumber, its NOT 164523, its actually 164823, im sorry for the confusion.

And i also just replied to ticket 164827.

one ticket has been replied to the other you will need to be patient as there is a queue. 

There are working as fast as they can and will get to the tickets.
