Just installed the F4 and am starting to get CTDs, the crash logs all refer to DX11 and after reasearching it it seems like its a memory issue? I don't think i should have this problem with a (to myself) pretty well built PC. any way to fix?

The crash file is only useful to ED itself, if you share your dcs.log then advanced users could try to check it for the issue cause.

Actually, it is a valid log file.

I would suggest disabling your A-4C user Mod, to make sure there is no unwanted interaction with it. You can quickly disable it temporarily by renaming the "C:\Users\tyler\Saved Games\DCS\Mods" folder to "Mods.bak"

Will do, I have it for Enigma’s Cold War, pretty sure I have the right version? Would big checked mods still conflict with dcs like this or could it be a bigger issue?

renamed the saved games mod folder and still getting crashes, updated log file

I find it strange that DCS crashes even before opening the mission, the exception occurs within a DirectX component, so the next thing to try is to reinstall the latest version of your graphics card drivers.

Did you use DDU to uninstall the drivers?? also do you get any video glitches during gaming. Also what is the temp of your GPU when playing DCS?
