Hi, 

please remove all unofficial mods and run a repair. 

Ensure your Windows and drivers are up to date as it seems to be not detecting your gpu 

Also with 65GB RAM you can set your pagefile to auto / system managed and free up some space on the disk.

@mattjonesgr9 If you are using an Oculus gear, either try and disable the OpenXR Toolkit, or unsubscribe from Oculus beta program.
