Any time the sim is displaying a large menu (such as the key binding menu, or a MP server slot list with tons of slots) my VR performance drops to around 1 frame per 5-10 seconds. I am totally unable to do anything at all. After a few minutes, it finally figures itself out and I am able to get normal FPS but the moment I do something like scroll the list it all returns and I can't do anything for another few minutes.

I just don't understand. This has been a problem for years, why hasn't ED figured this out. I can remember one update like a year ago where this problem went away but then it came back.

Looking at my system performance, nothing is spiked. CPU, GPU, Memory is all less than 50%.

The server I was just trying to join kicked me off because I couldn't slot in time.

if you are using a tool like performance lasso:

- Make sure you enable the virtual cores

- Make sure you enable some of the e-cores (if intel)

From my understanding dcs runs better on p cores 1-8? That's all I'm using in a 14900k with process lasso. This was other people's reccomendation. Or you're saying e cores will help with menus only and may effect ingame performance?

Certainly it impacted my performance in menus I was getting horrible perf until I turned back on both some of the e cores and the virtual cores,
