Hotel Tango Posted July 23, 2024 Posted July 23, 2024 1 - The track animation for some vechiles seems to be backwards while driving at high speed. 2 - There's also a transparency issue with older models when dust trail is present. Tank tracks issue.trk 2 HRP | Derby "Wardog, launch!"
MAXsenna Posted July 23, 2024 Posted July 23, 2024 Should it even be such a dust cloud on grassland? Watching old WWII clips, I can't say I ever saw one from Europe. North Africa on the other hand... Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk 1
Flappie Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 In DCS, the volume of dust depends on the ground vehicle speed. See here: ---

Flappie Posted January 30 Posted January 30 See attached track. I take control of a tank, and drive slowly: wheels turn "as they should". Once I accelerate, the wagon-wheel effect is observed. I think it is on purpose, and that's why I don't intend to report it. wheels.trk ---
Flappie Posted February 27 Posted February 27 @Hotel Tango Many vehicles will get the "smoke fix" with the next update. I was told some issues couldn't get fixed: AAV-7, Tractor M4, T-72b3 optic (glass parts will still be visible though smoke) MTLB, MLRS, PT-76 (very old models - tracks will still be visible through smoke) ---
