This happens quite often with me it's usually resolved with a restart of the headset.

Strangely, if you have an Xbox controller connected to your computer, you can use that to navigate this screen as well.

The original rift shipped with an Xbox controller and PC dongle for a start - touch controllers didn’t exist yet 🙂
