I also experienced this issue with our group's dedicated training server. People weren't able to see the server after 30 minutes or so of it running but could still join via IP. To get it to stay visible I had to get rid of all modded assets (in this case the "476 Range Targets") and then it stayed visible.

Does anybody get information about this issue, I am hosting one training server and help my team with 2 servers. We have the same issue.

Server are in version 2.9.7.59263, I can join them from local network from internnet, but they disappears from ED list and I can't manage them from ED web page

I *think* ED is working on a solution, but I know some of our squadron servers will randomly drop and return from the list.  Last night one was in the list for me but the guy I was flying with had to connect via direct IP .  I have had one of them missing one night but all 4 of them show in the list the next night.

Bump, As Snoopy reported earlier - this issue just occurred again to myself and a couple other users last night in the v303FG. Seems completely random as well.

Same issue here - both instances randomly dropping. Log shows same as other are posting.

Thanks we have noted the time it happened, and  alerted our team / added info to the internal report.

Same on my 3 servers, they disappear randomly from the list of servers, but work perfectly on the machine.

This problem has existed since DCS 2.9.6.57650,After the update the server side became very unstable, especially in complex tasks.

I've been suffering from it so much that I even upgraded my internet service package, and purchased new specs of server parts in order to test for local causes ....

I've pretty much ruled out causing problems locally

I run 6 servers over 3 pc`s and i get the same issue randomly after a few days of running.  Some times just 1 server other times several servers but rarely both on same pc. see this in log 2024-09-13 04:04:52.696 ERROR   ASYNCNET (4308): HTTP request dcs:server:update failed with error 28: Timeout was reached

always seems around 04:05 ish time 

Update: this morning servers 4 and 6 repeated the unlisting but server 2(same pc as 4) and server 5(same pc as 6) are still listed (each PC runs 2 servers from 1 install using the W switch )

I'm running 8 public servers on 8 seperate hardwares, and are also experiencing the exact same problem on all of them. 

Each and every one of them is disappearing from public list in random order, but they are available for connect by IP

It's incredible frustrating to have to restart them.

We know about this fudge to get your server listed again (at best this could be described as a "work around" ) .................... which for a while works and then u drop off again

Problem is we dont know the server is not showing up,  until we either keep checking the list manually to see if it still there or it get reported to us by a player

specifically right now the grayflag servers are not showing up but are still running and connectable

yes we are aware and looking at a solution for the servers dropping. You will likely see 401 and 500 error messages on the server log when it happens.

A fix has been made, but the servers will require a restart. 

Please close DCS, do not use the GUI restart servers and then test, you should see better result.
