Make sure your antivirus did not remove files that are needed. If it did, restore them and add DCS as an exception to your antivirus and run a repair on DCS again. 

If it didn't help, you'll have to provide more infos.

I didn't get any warnings from my AV, however on completion of the update I did get a warning about not being able to remove a dll file related to the F-15.

I've just reinstalled the module with my AV disabled.

Just reinstalled the F-4 aswell, still getting the same thing, reinstalling the maps now, bet it will be the same.

You may have to set an exception in your AV for DCS?

And check that your AV doesn't have the files quarantined.  I would have thought reinstalling with AV off would replace it, but it might be causing issues if it's already quarantined.  And if you're turning AV on before you run it, then it will still be nuking those files (it's generally detecting them, not really related to detection during installation).

I've reinstalled the files, kept my AV off, and it's still saying they're not authorised, just running repair now incase some other files have been damaged/removed.

Any reason you don't want to do it the easy way, and just exclude the folders?
