Make sure your antivirus did not remove files that are needed. If it did, restore them and add DCS as an exception to your antivirus and run a repair on DCS again. 

If it didn't help, you'll have to provide more infos.

And check that your AV doesn't have the files quarantined.  I would have thought reinstalling with AV off would replace it, but it might be causing issues if it's already quarantined.  And if you're turning AV on before you run it, then it will still be nuking those files (it's generally detecting them, not really related to detection during installation).

I've reinstalled the files, kept my AV off, and it's still saying they're not authorised, just running repair now incase some other files have been damaged/removed.
Any reason you don't want to do it the easy way, and just exclude the folders?
