Chunk Posted August 11, 2024 Posted August 11, 2024 After firing rockets, the pods still show as full in F2 view. They are shown as depleted in the DSMS, so this is just a graphics bug I guess. Yurgon Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 Great report, thanks! Seeing the same. As far as I can tell, this only happens with 3 x APKWS pods loaded onto a BRU-42 TER. When only 2 pods are loaded onto a BRU-42, or with a single LAU-131, the rockets all seem to leave okay from the external view. And with any rocket type other than APKWS, they also look okay with 3 x LAU-131 pods (but TBH, I haven't cross-checked LAU-68 and all other perceivable rocket type combinations ). Either way, looks like a minor omission on the APKWS rockets in this particular situation. I've filed a report. 1 1

Oh yeah, the immersion when you carry 21 laser guided rockets on a single pylon, which is technically possible and practically unheard of. I feel ya. Outright horrible. 2
fhog Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Didn't mean to ruffle feathers, just stating a fact that this bug was reported August of last year and yet has been implemented in an update. To the point, just this last update with the DTC update in which I absolutely support along with the entire ED and 3rd party developers, the A10 got no love whatsoever. With many other modules getting fixes. I apologize if constructive criticism is frowned upon. Granted I was a little of a smart "another word for a donkey". That I really do regret. It's just with us spending as much money as we do on maps and modules I would just appreciate patches regarding reported bugs to fixed in a more timely manner is all. 2
Vampyr Posted May 2 Posted May 2 (edited) Bump. I ran into this today and was surprised to see that this bug has been around since at least last year. Steps to reproduce: Load BRU-42: 3x LAU-131 on A-10C II (other types of rocket loadouts seem fine) Expend all rockets Expected: rockets should no longer be visible in the pods.
