DCS Loading stop at 74%

Hi All Pulling my hair out here. DCS has worked flawlessly since 2013. Today, it will not load past 74%.

Log shows different errors. I just buy and installed the CH47.

 I disabled the mods, then removed the offending Lua files, Cleaned up DCS, then a Repair. Felete the config files and .bak environementlua file. It still will not load. Should I uninstall the lot and start from scratch or maybe there might be something else I can try.

 

Any help will be gratefully received.

if your doing  a reinstall make  a  back up of  your  inputs  might  save  you time

I deleted and reinstalled dcs after one night and 300gb the problem is still there. I'm stuck at 74%

in your log:

you are likely not waiting long enough for the sim to load. your log ends in less than 3 minutes before you are ending the task. your computer is older hardware and need more memory. make a static pagefile of 32 gbs.

following this post: https://steamcommunity.com/app/223750/discussions/0/4432191936064715936/  I increased my exchange file by 20GB and the problem is still there. I let the game load for 30 minutes and it is still stuck at 74%. I insist on the fact that the game was working really well, super smooth a few days ago

hello. i read your post on steam forums. have you tried the step to rename the DCS folder in Saved Games as a test. just rename because your controllers are in there and you would need to reconfigure. i mention this because the last post on the other thread stated that they were able to get past their issue loading by changing some LUA files.

when you rename the folder, a new one with default settings will be created.

Hello, my problem resolved itself and my game started working again. Thanks to everyone for your help. I don't think it's related because my game runs well, but just in case, I got an RTX 1070.
