Wondering if anyone can help - I've tried installing the VR no hangar mod found on the DCS user files via OvGME, have set it to install in the main directory, have also tried the saved games directory and also tried both at the same time, but cannot for the life of me get it to work.

See attached

Are there any tricks to this? Am I doing something wrong? I'm on a Quest 3 using Virtual Desktop.

I have the same file whose folder path for the file (sceneVR.lua) for me is F:\OvGME MOD Manager\DCS Root Installation\Empty_VR_Hangar\Scripts\DemoScenes.
Is your path similar?

OvGME is no longer supported but I believe the same dev is supporting a new version called Open Mod Manager. Give that a try, but in the mean time I think you can just open the zip file and see "Your Drive"\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Scripts\DemoScenes is the path it needs and can copy the file sceneVR.lua to DemoScenes. So the main DCS World directory is the correct location. Save the orignal sceneVR.lua in case you need to repair it, or use OMM.

I just used OMM myself to install VR Loading Screen Fix and it worked perfectly.

Thanks guys, much appreciated. I ended up doing as you suggested @Maddaawg and copying the file directly into the demoscenes folder and that fixed it!

Now to look into OMM and see if I can transport all my mods across to that.

Thanks again 😊

You'll get a gain especially if your video card has lower Vram, it frees it up for more usable Vram while in game.  The more Vram to burn the faster she churns.

I'm mostly using the one I installed "VR Loading Screen Fix" to fix that loading screen, it gives my eyes a relief from that cross-eyed blinking hanger.
