Communication with AI wingman

Hi all,

after a few missions within this wonderfull campaing iam needing your help.

Easy communications are off - but how can i tell my wingman to attack bandits? (for example mission fleet defender) com 1 on both coms. Do i have to press # and select flight, wingman, attack bandits or attack and return to formation? There is no response and my wingman is doing nothing. What iam doing wrong here?

Generally, to communicate with your AI wingmen, you need to make sure:

- You are both on the same frequency. Sometimes this may be the default one, sometimes maybe a different one

- Either you or any other unit has to have the enemy aircraft spotted (and called out via radio, often recognisable by a spam of voice messages)

- You have to use the dedicated PTT button for the correct radio to tell your wingmen to engage

The Tomcat has 2 radios. If you're on the same freq on radio A, but you're telling him stuff on radio B, he won't hear it.

Thank you! but whats the correct ptt button within the tomcat? The communications settings are showing only the default settings (Button #)

RAlt+# or RCtrl+# depending on which radio you are planning on using.
