GrEaSeLiTeNiN Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 Manual says... Air Refueling Release Button Unique to the front cockpit control stick is the Air Refueling Release (ARR) Button (4) located on the left side of the stick. It is a dual-role control that performs the boom disconnect function its name implies, as well as a number of weapon selection functions. What are these weapon selection functions that the ARR button performs? I could not find info on them. Solution razo+r Posted October 24, 2024 Solution Posted October 24, 2024 It enables slewing for the Mavericks for example and uncages the AIM-9 seeker. Searching for "ARR" in the manual will highlight where it is used. 1 1

Iggy Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Guys, this suggests that the aerial refuel button needs to be something that can be slewed as well as pressed - similar to TDC button in Hornet. Can anyone confirm please?

Can anyone confirm please? It is a button only, it can be pressed. The secondary functions are not about "weapon selection" but rather "weapon related". While hold down it enables slewing for Mavericks and Sidewinders. Dragon1-1 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) To actually slew the Mav, you need to use the Bullpup stick (the square thing on the side of the cockpit). I only have the TDC to work with, so I bound it to that, but putting that stick on the throttle is a much later invention. Edited May 12 by Dragon1-1
