I'm not sure what you mean. If you are talking about the changelog line, it simply means the latest update has fixed this issue:

Thanks for the reply Flappie. To be honest, this a pretty pointless update for this airframe. Fixing ghe ability to change the aircraft number isn’t going to improve the fly-ability of the Yak, which is currently, pretty awful.
