First you should contact ED and ask, whether they accept MiG-21-93. But from my conversation with them I understood, that the high-quality MiG-21 model is kindly welcome.

Well it doesn't matter because its not for Lock On anyway. There's not even a MiG-21 slot. The only new 3d models that are currently compatible with lock on are the on this site http://www.lockonfiles.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=131#cat
