it needs Syria map and supercarrier, you have both installed?

And, should go without saying, the F-18.  Mentioning that only in case you had uninstalled it at some point for space and forgot to re-add it before you tried this campaign.  But Rudel_chw answer is 99% likely the cause.

Ok, I just tried it and it seems to work on my DCS:

 

 

so, it clearly isn't an issue with the Campaign or with DCS (I have the latest DCS version).

 

On your case, I would try two things:

 

a) first, disable all user mods, to see if then the Campaign works.

 

b) I would try a DCS repair, with the DCS_UPDATER.EXE REPAIR command, to ensure that DCS integrity is correct.
