Herasteane Posted February 19 Posted February 19 I see there any hope to see this variant added? Considering the system is exactly the same as the B (cluster) variant, I'm conflicted as to why it would be be an option? Like the 4 HARMS were seen a few times and so added even if very weird, couldn't be possible to have this option too?

The C-1 is the navy exclusive. As it doesn't specify what specific variants go on which aircraft.

They list A, A-1, C all within the same section and then have another secion for the C-1 where only F/A-18 and F-35C are specified as the users for that one. If the F-16 only used the A-variant they would separate the A, A-1 and C as well. Proud member of Master Arms, a Swedish DCS community

This source can easily be interpreted in many ways. Yes AGM-154C's have been mounted onto Greek Bl.52s, but i have yet to see any images, or other clear evidence of them being mounted onto USAF birds. Edited March 5 by NytHawk
Hofftari Posted March 5 Posted March 5 There doesn't seem to be any publicly available source that explicitly specifies this, but the C-1 seems to have different guidance systems and Link16 capabilities that only the Navy employs while the other variants A/A-1/C only differ in their payload while the rest of the system is similar. Tholozor Posted March 5 Posted March 5 The M4.2+ tape guide for U.S models makes no mention of AGM-154C as a payload option in the SMS. 1 REAPER 51 | Tholozor VFA-136 (c.2007): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3305981/ Arleigh Burke Destroyer Pack (2020): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313752/
