Rudel_chw Posted March 2 Posted March 2 (edited) Hello all, I'm editing a training mission about radar employment, and I have noticed that the radar "sees" the radar contacts before I actually activate them. On this image, I've just turned on the radar and it already shows contacts ... the funny thing is that the contacts do not exist yet, as I have not reached the mission point where I will activate the corresponding aircraft: Here is how the intended contacts are defined: And these is the trigger where I activate them, after I've done the radar self-test: Does anyone knows of a work-around for this bug that I could use? I wan't to keep the contacts out until I'm ready to introduce them into the training. Thanks a lot for any help with this, Eduardo Edited March 2 by Rudel_chw Added "Bug" tag 2 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
Schmidtfire Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I can confirm. It's even possible to detect, lock and shoot missiles at invisible "non activated" aircraft . This test was done on Caucasus map. I tried both IL-76MD (same as Rudel_chw) and with F/A-18C Lot 20. 1 1

Hi, thanks a lot for confirming that it isnt just me ... I added the [Bug] tag as it truly seems like a bug now. now, if I could only think of a workaround ... perhaps using Mist or Moose?
