Solution Lace Posted April 14 Solution Posted April 14 Chances are you are rotating early. Calculate your rotation speed prior to take-off, and start easing back at that point. I have a performance calculator spreadsheet, but for rough figures use this: 6 Laptop Pilot. Alienware X17, i9 11980HK 5.0GHz, 16GB RTX 3080, 64GB DDR4 3200MHz, 2x2TB NVMe SSD. 2x TM Warthog, Hornet grip, Virpil CM2 & TPR pedals, Virpil collective, Cougar throttle, Viper ICP & MFDs, pit WIP (XBox360 when traveling). Quest 3S. Wishlist: Tornado, Jaguar, Buccaneer, F-117 and F-111.
skywalker22 Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Depends on the weight. If fully loaded, its quite hard to make it fly. I always start with afterburnets (just some times for the test sake and clean, without it). Speed up to 170-190 knots then slowly start to pull the stick back until the front end of the plane wil starts to pull up. And hold the stick there until all wheels are off the ground, then keep the nose up between 5-10deg. Don't forget to gear-up at that moment (or before reaching 300 knots). When you reach 300 knots, then go out of afterburners. 2
