Phase 1, Wiesbaden Army airfield, radionav inaccuracies

- ILS frequency 109.20 MHz is not compatible with the ICAO-ILS frequency band. Next eligible frequencies would be either 109.15 or 109.30 MHz, also please see next point below

- Wiesbaden didn't have any ILS, both should be removed

- TACAN facilities are doubled, the eastern one is wrong and should be removed. The western TACAN is at the correct location, marker "WIB" and channel 88 are correct as well

- NDB marker "WIB" is incorrect, correct one is "WBD"

Wiesbaden have one ILS on runway 25 (freq 108.50, ident ITOU), by the way on actual charts, WIB 88X is the correct TACAN. After a research, I found WBD but it has 28X and not 88X Tacan approach May 1966

At some point in time the TACAN was moved from the position shown in the 1966 charts tot he current position (just south of the threshold for RWY 07), which is probaby why the ident and frequency was changed.

Just for carification:

Wiesbaden has become an Army Air Field in 1998! 
Until 1998 it was Wiesbaden Air Base operated by the USAFE.

So maybe, to be accurate, the TACAN position and frequency should depend from the time. But the point is, when was it changed?

Can you remove the ILS info? Its irrelevant that there is ILS available today. It didn't have ILS until at least 1991 (my charts AIRAC is 19SEP1991) so mentioning it here only confuses the report.

Regarding the TACAN, it had been on Ch 88 in 1991, no idea when it had been changed from 28.
