Freediver72 Posted May 13 Posted May 13 TRK File: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/wiereouzhbpv1zopezej5/mobettametas_Dogfight_Arena_-_Caucuses_-_v2.65.1-20250512-164655.trk?rlkey=jieosu6sgauy4fuw3poqhn9d6&st=ucdeqqtz&dl=0 Issue: @ approximately 11:43 in the trk file I'm pulling a bandit in and the plane pitches over randomly and flys straight into the water. I'm looking at the stick and I can see that my inputs are pulling back on the stick but aircraft is non-responsive. I looked at the horizontal stabs and did not see movement. I opened Tacview (Attached - Time +01:03:23) and watched with control inputs showing and it shows that my inputs are inverted, that I'm pushing forward on the stick, however its clear in the trk file I'm pulling back. Earlier in the trk file I had an uncommanded roll, at the time I thought I departed, but it was faster that it should have been for a departure. I do not know the time stamp on it. I thought maybe it was my stick, however a friend that flies the 18 more than I do says he has had the same issue occasionally. He says sometimes it will happen 3 or 4 times in a night, then it won't happen to him for two weeks. Tacview-20250512-164727-DCS-Client-mobettametas_Dogfight_Arena_-_Caucuses_-_v2.65.1.zip.acmi
Teleblaster Posted May 13 Posted May 13 I’m the friend. I’ve been trying to pinpoint exactly what causes it for a while now. With me it seems to happen right as I pull for a shot, fire, ease the pull a bit, and pull again within about 2-3 seconds. Only happens to me in the Hornet so I figured it couldn’t be my stick.

Freediver72 Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 My TDC Slew switch was mapped to pitch and roll. I’ve had my rudders do that by default, but never the slew. Sorry for the disruption 1
