No Response from Support – Lost Account with Verified Purchase (Tickets Opened, No Reply)

Hi,

I'm writing here as a last resort. I’ve lost access to my DCS account and I can no longer recover it (I don’t remember the email or password, and the account may have been compromised).

I submitted a support ticket on April 29, followed up on May 3, opened a second ticket on May 7, and sent an email to support@digitalcombatsimulator.com. As of today (May 18), I still haven’t received any response.

I have valid proof of purchase through PayPal and I'm happy to provide all details privately. I just need help recovering my account and accessing the modules I paid for.

Can someone from the Eagle Dynamics team please look into this? I would really appreciate any help.

Have you checked your email junk filter (either in you email client or your providers website)?  Chances that they aren't responding are pretty slim, so I'd be looking for why you're not getting it.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion!
Yes, I’ve checked my spam/junk folders both in my email client and directly via my mail provider’s web interface — nothing there.

I also logged into the Eagle Dynamics website and checked the support section under “My Tickets.” The tickets still show no replies from support — just the original submissions and edits I made.

So unfortunately it really does look like I’ve received no response so far. That’s why I came here — hoping someone from the team might notice.
