DLAA vs DLSS

Hi, with the implementation of DLSS 4, what gives us better graphics quality? Using DLSS in the K version of the game, or using DLAA? Is there practically no difference? Is it worth using DLSS because it gives us more frame rates? Best regards, and thanks.

I see no difference in terms of quality between DLAA and DLSS. Performance is better with DLSS.

It's kid different:

DLSS is primarily focused on improving performance by upscaling from a lower resolution, while DLAA focuses on enhancing visual quality at native resolution.

DLSS may have quite some ghosting. Still... If your computer can afford it, MSAA is superior.

Can we call it a matter of opinion.  My experiences with DLAA vs MSAA, were that I much preferred DLAA.

I've no idea how DLAA and DLSS are getting mixed up here.  DLSS is the overall technology and most commonly refers to the upsampling capability.  DLAA provides Anti-aliasing and doesn't upsample.

That depends on which preset you use. In my experience, preset K is "meh" when it comes to image quality, but has zero ghosting. Preset J is "OMG I didn't know this is possible in VR" when it comes to image quality, but has ghosting (to a degree which will bother you if you do a lot of dogfighting).
So pick whichever you prefer... In the end, I stick with Preset J: it makes the Kola winter textures actually look good, which is quite the feat IMO

I need to try preset J again. 

Edit: just tested it and it does look better than K. Ghosting is still minimal though. I think I will use J.
