Moose_Jaw Posted July 14 Posted July 14 Hi gents, the outboard maneuver flaps of the AI are wobbling. Sorry for the <profanity>ty video, I did not dare to tab out of DCS. Cheers Moose IMG_3644.MOV

xavier737 Posted July 20 Posted July 20 Yeah, I’ve seen that too. Might just be animation desync on the AI, happens especially if you’re in a busy mission or using time acceleration. 1
Dragon1-1 Posted Thursday at 02:33 PM Posted Thursday at 02:33 PM I think it's related to how AI flap animation is modeled, if they're cruising at low speed, they can't decide whether they should be up or down. AI FM is fairly limited and particularly inadequate for the F-14, you can easily see that when you've got an AI wingman and are flying at a speed where your wings are partially swept. The AI will have a different degree of sweep, despite flying at the same speed and altitude. 1
Tomcatter87 Posted Friday at 02:26 PM Posted Friday at 02:26 PM This bug is around for ages now - kinda sad to see nothing has been done. "Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward. For there you have been, and there you will always long to return." Check out my DCS content on Instagram
RustBelt Posted Saturday at 03:22 AM Posted Saturday at 03:22 AM Now you know why A6 AI is taking so long. Just throwing the AI in the player aircraft makes many troubles. Not big troubles mostly, but troubles. Too many animation arguments for poor robotbrain. 1
