All the others, whether army or naval ones, were full manual or auto/manual hybrids. 1 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

Complexity, weight, technology simply not being available, or because they just plain didn't think of it.
